If you want to help the project you can look it up here. Its written in rust and mainly developed by the main dev "Herschel".
There is also the option of funding the development via Github Sponsors. I had an idea to collect money from z0r-fans and donating it to the Ruffle project in the name of z0r (so we get over $25/month and z0r content maybe gets prioritized), but i'd probably have to declare the donations i handle as "income" and that would probably complicate that... oh well, i hate taxes
