I'm still thinking about breaking these small thread apart because he doesn't fit with the rules...maybe later.

You could close this thread and if he does it again, give him a warning. (That's what I'd do in my forum)
And maybe the rules should be in [color=#FF0000] and [b]?

Don't know if MyBB has a warn function or if it allows BBCode in the Post Subject field, I never used any free forum softwares.
