I saw this loop years ago and wondered what that music was. Still wondering today. Does it come from somewhere? Did the OP make it themself?

It sounds like it could be from some old video game, but really it could be anything.

Perhaps the only person who would know is the OP, but I'm hoping it comes from somewhere else that can be tracked down.
