Report of a continuous insulter (ban from comment section)

hi! i would like to report a comment spammer and an obnoxious insulter on the comment section on z0r...i request further actions towards this guy/girl for s/he's giving this site a bad reputation

i'm being serious...the guy's spammed over 1000 comment in 4 days and keeps insulting me...

first of all, use a pm if you want to report a user.

I see no reason for banning him, just because a senseless beef you guys have.

well i guess i sense a side-taking in this position by people i thought they'll manage the situation just fine....ok then don't expect this to go unnoticed
