hiyah everybody!

After many sleepless nights, haunting thoughts and endless searching I decided to ask some who really has a clue: ...YOU!

I'm unable to find any peace of mind until I figured out from which cartoon/movie/whatever the scene of this loop http://z0r.de/2569 has been taken. The style seems to be familiar to me... but I don't get it!
Heeeeelp meeee please and end my suffering!
