Could someone give me the name of the song in this flash?

Or at least give me the original name of the flash, so I can look it up on swfchan myself?

I know it is an 8-bit version of the Outset Island theme from Wind Waker, but I would like to know who made the song. That's the coolest version I've heard so far.
