I have searched this loops song everywhere in YouTube. Have tried song finders and stuff but no luck at all. And didn't find any existing thread of this loop or I'm blind. Anyone who knows this song?

I don't think anyone knows what the song is, sadly. The loop is posted often in /f/ under the filename khajiit_mages.swf, that much I know.
