What's the anime from http://z0r.de/572 ?? What year is it from? Obviously looks like Matrix bullet time scene.

edit: self-resolved. Index said "School Rumble", wiki said "First serialized in Weekly Shōnen Magazine from October 22, 2002 to July 23, 2008... TV Tokyo broadcast a 26-episode anime program between October 2004 and April 2005" so theres nowai this came before Matrix.
