At index page i found it's a Fergie & BK Hoovers & Horns ( Ingo Remix), but it's not so.

Skip to around 3:14, and that's the part of the song used in the flash.
It may sound a little different, but that's because the audio file in the flash was heavily compressed/altered. Maybe it was sped up a bit...
