Ugh, i've to intercept here. This is a german site, so german law applies. And "use of symbols of unconstitutional organisations" is forbidden in germany. Kind of silly, but it i could really get into problems because of that.

The symbol alone should not be prohibited.
Yes, i know, in general it is better to remove it than risk a dissuasion.
