Hi!

I have been pressing the random button for like 8 hours combined in the past month and I finally am going to ask this here...

It is an loop which has a female anime character waving a finger slowly while an electric guitar plays on the background, the style of the anime was pretty much black and white and the quality of the video clip was not the greatest.

I appreciate the help you can give me finding the loop.

No I'm afraid that is not it.
The character was maturer and that one does not have the electric guitar playing.
EDIT: After hitting the random button couple of thousand times, I found it, 3697...
