The loop involves a driver and two passengers in the backseat of a car. The driver screws with the knob on the radio and the passengers in the back with rage faces start freaking out. Can anyone help me?

Even if you can't link the loop, but know the song in it, that would be great.

Maybe you could mean this loop, but it doesn't match exactly your desciption.
