Help with Sony Vegas

I'm trying to create a loop similar to this loop

However, I was wondering how the person was able to create mass amount of duplicates and overlap them, without the need of doing it 1 by 1.

I was able to create a first row of faces, but I'm not sure as how to duplicate the motion of each individual face, and modify the positions and sizes of each face without much effort.

I was wondering does anyone know how to create such a similar loop with ease?
