You could use Blumentals Easy GIF Animator to open your GIF and
use the "Export to Flash" function.
It lets you add a link and a MP3 or WMA.

I made it. I just wonder how i upload it here now. I want to share it with others :3

normally you can upload it here: http://z0r.de/up/ .. but the site is currently not running.
so you can send your loop via email to loops@z0r.de (but be sure that it is not bigger than 2mb)

I think the admin should write the email on the "up" page so that we only have to write the URL it someone asks

but guys .. how to make that my music repeated ??
my mp3-file goes 7 seconds and swf-file repeats infinitely =D

Change the Music to "loop"

Click on the Layer 1 to select the layer
Menu on the right:



Name: Select the sound you have imported via "Import to stage"
Sync: select "Start"
And set "loop" in the last DropDownMenu
